Plus Property has commenced with a proactive move to support third quarter revenue, whilst demonstrating its leading position as a sole agent for sales and marketing of residential projects. 

Most recently, PLUS was entrusted by Suanluang Home & Property Co., Ltd. to manage 3 development projects, namely NEORY RESIDENCE Bangna-Thepharak, MILTON RESIDENCE Ram Inthra, and

Ms. Somsakul Limsuttaphan, Deputy Managing Director – Business Development and Asset Management Department at Plus Property, the full-service professional property and facility management agency, revealed “Suanluang Home & Property Co., Ltd. has appointed Plus Property as the sales manager for 3 projects, worth a combined total of 1.8 billion baht.
