Sansiri and Plus Property unveil the first “Smart Command Centre” in Thai real estate industry for optimal resident service efficiency

Sansiri joined force with Plus Property, a full-service professional property and facility management company, to launch Smart Command Centre, the first centralized security monitoring and IoT facility management centre for the common areas of residential projects in Thai real estate industry, with an investment of over 20 million Baht. Staffed by experienced professionals 24 hours a day, the centre acts as a centralized communications hub where critical information for events and incidents related to security and facility management from Sansiri’s connected properties is captured and reported in real-time, and authorized security officials can decide the best course of action fast, accurately and efficiently in response, as well as implement the best preventive maintenance plan for property management. Pilot trial of the centre is implemented in four selected Sansiri residential projects, giving residents an enhanced level of security and peace of mind while they are away for New Year holidays, with plan to cover Sansiri’s 11 new residential projects managed by Plus Property to be completed in 2019.

Sansiri’s Smart Command Centre, located at Siripinyo Building, is jointly developed and implemented by Guts Investigation, a leading security service and technology company with over 40 years of experience. The centre acts as a communications hub for three key duties: monitor unusual incident at each property and alerting building management staff for facilities maintenance and repair services; order an investigation of unusual incident detected; and coordinate with relevant parties like the police, hospital and maintenance specialists so that the best course of action can be determined promptly from the centre, easing the burden of on-site staff. The centre is staffed by two teams of specialists monitoring 24/7 from 12 HD screens casting real time view from connected properties.

In 2019, we plan to expand the connection from the centre to additional 11 horizontal projects, and all upcoming high-rise projects.”
In the future, Sansiri and Plus Property plan to increase the capacity of Smart Command Centre by expanding connection to Visitor Management System, Face Recognition for subcontractor staff, as well as Smart Grid energy trading system and preventive maintenance features.
